Our Call Centre Never Sleeps

Our call centre features a state-of-the-art fully computerized system that uses GPS technology to allocate calls to the closest vehicle in a fair and timely manner.

Each cab is equipped with mobile data terminals to ensure that all drivers receive the complete call information accurately and quickly, so they can get to you faster.

Taxi.club…the easiest and most convenient method for ordering a taxi.

Taxi.club, our mobile app is a quick and easy way to order a taxi, be alerted to which taxi is coming to pick you up, how far away it is and be notified when the taxi has arrived at your pick-up location. You can even pay for the ride through Taxi.club. Download Taxi.club at iTunes or Google Play

WE PROVIDE EXPERT ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES

Our drivers have completed specialized training in how to service accessibility orders. They expertly provide safe, friendly and efficient services to ambulatory customers as well as customers with wheelchairs. We provide our service with the utmost care and concern for our passengers.

Our Drivers Receive Top Notch Training

To be a Crown Taxi driver, individuals must graduate our multi-day training program which focuses on customer service excellence, safe driving habits specialized techniques for transporting accessible passengers and proper use and maintenance for securement equipment. At Crown Taxi, we are proud of our “professional” drivers.

Our Rates

By Distance

HST included in fare. One to four passengers.

For the first .143 kilometer, or part thereof, $4.25.
For each additional .143 kilometer, or part thereof, $0.25.
For each twenty-nine (29) seconds of waiting time while under engagement, $0.25.
For each additional passenger in excess of four $2.00.

For Baggage

HST included in fare.

Wheelchairs, including loading and unloading by driver, no charge.
Charges for trunks and others items shall be agreed upon before commencement of trip.
For delivery of any parcel, document, or item, where no passenger is carried, minimum charge per trip, $10.00.
There is a $10 premium for van service. (not applicable to accessible vehicles)

If meter is not on, the ride is free.

Pre-approved flat rates to the airport are available. Ask driver for the rate sheet. The meter rate will apply if less than the flat fee.

Hosting an Event?

If you are hosting an event, you can rely on Crown Taxi to provide you and your guests with safe, courteous and prompt transportation. Our vehicles will be available and ready. We have sedans to transport 2-3 passengers, as well, our shuttle and vans are available for larger groups. We are here to make your transportation needs a breeze.
